Epaş Group Companies have a strong and well-established legacy that has been carried into the third generation. Dursun Ali Eyüboğlu, the father of Hamdi Alaeddin Eyüboğlu, Chairman of the Board of Epaş Group Companies, and Hamdi Kemalettin Eyüboğlu, Vice Chairman of the Board, began his business journey in 1954 as a transporter with his own truck in Rize and Karabük. In 1962, he entered the iron and steel trade in Karabük, and in 1967, he established his first rolling mill there. In 1977, he founded his second rolling mill in Gebze, leaving a significant mark through his successful business career. Even after retiring from active business life, he continued to inspire future generations with his wisdom and experience.

Founded and led by the second generation of the family in 1987, Epaş Group Companies have operated across a wide range of industries between 1987 and 2024, including steelmaking, rolling mills, galvanized wire, galvanized profiles, construction materials, structural profiles, wood and doors, nail production, steel mesh production, rebar production, automotive spare parts manufacturing, household tissue products, education, sea and land transportation, construction, tourism, fuel distribution, asset management, and solar energy — covering 15 different sectors. Today, Epaş Group stands as a strong organization with 10 factories, 435 employees in Turkey, thousands of active customers, a nationwide service network, and exports to approximately 60 countries, particularly in automotive spare parts, paper products, and wire-steel industrial materials. The Group contributes significantly to the Turkish economy with its strong domestic capital structure.
